Welcome to my On-Line Office.  It is a privilege to represent the people of the 115th District and my fellow Kansans as Speaker of the House of Representatives.  This session, the House Republican Caucus has worked hard and accomplished a number of items that will benefit Kansans from all corners of the state.  From repealing the franchise tax for small businesses to making sure criminals are punished for their crimes through Alexa’s law, I, along with the House Republican Caucus is focused on good public policy for all Kansans. 

 As your legislator and as Speaker of the House, I pledge to be a voice that will stand against government overspending and crime. A voice that defends our rural schools and supports academic excellence. A voice that supports our rural way of life in Kansas, stands up for the family farm, and works to bring economic development to all of Kansas."
